Delivery
We deliver all over Nairobi and selected locations across the country. For deliveries outside the Nairobi County, please note that we deliver within a 5km radius of our pickup locations (click on this link to see the list). For us to deliver to your home or office, you must specify the name of the street, the building or estate, and the apartment number or office unit. If you do not have these details, you will need to pick up your package at our pick up location. Our delivery agent will call you once the package arrives in your town. We are entitled to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent. The merchandise remains our property until it is paid for in full.
Delivery timelines
VALUESPOT has partnered with leading delivery company to ensure that your orders are delivered securely and on time. During working days, orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order date provided there are no problems with your personal details (credit check, ID check).
If correctly placed (before 8am on a working day), orders to be delivered in Nairobi County and the Greater Nairobi Metropolitan area will be delivered within 24 hours. Orders to be delivered outside the Nairobi Greater Metropolitan area will be delivered between 48 and 72 hours. We do not make deliveries on Saturday, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be delivered on the next working day(s) as per timelines indicated above. Please note that this is a standard delivery schedule and is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee.
Delivery fee
A standard shipping cost of Ksh 300 applies for all orders across the country. Orders of Ksh 20,000 and above qualify for free shipping.
