This Paula’s Choice BHA exfoliant is a unique leave-on formula that’s gentle enough for daily use on all skin types. Skin becomes dull, dry and congested when dead skin cells build up on its surface. BHA helps to exfoliate dead skin cells while clearing pores for a more even, radiant tone, plus visibly reduces fine lines and wrinkles to reveal remarkably smoother, younger-looking skin. Uses green tea extracts, which is good for minimizing irritation that can be caused by the acids. This exfoliant has an optimal pH range of 3.2–3.8. Contains no fragrance, no drying alcohols, no essential oils.

How to use:

• • Apply once or twice daily after cleansing and/or toning. However, it is advisable to apply BHA at night – exfoliating the skin and then going into the sun can cause burns to your skin and pigmentation, especially if you are of skin of colour.
  • Lightly soak a cotton pad and apply over the entire face, including the eye area (avoid lash line and eyelids).
  • If you apply during the day, apply sunscreen of SPF 30 or greater.
  • If you have a salicylate allergy, check with your physician before using any products that contain salicylic acid.
