Tetrahexyl decyl ascorbate: (lighten hyperpigmentation)
Liquorice root extract: tyrosinase inhibitor (lighten hyperpigmentation)
Tocopheryl acetate: Anti oxidant – Sodium Hyaluronate: Humectant (powerful water magnet)
Cetearyl Alcohol: Emollient, skin softener. This is a long chain ‘good’ alcohol that creates a healing environment for the skin. (Not Denatured alcohol, a short chain alcohol that can dry the skin)
Glycerine: Humectant (water magnet creating a healing environment for skin)
Jojoba Oil: wax ester, similar to sebum and an effective moisturiser, semi occlusive coating to the skin allowing skin to be protected from environmental stress.
Dimethicone and cyclopentasiloxane are silicones creating a hydrating environment for softer, flatter scar formation.
Panthenol and allantoin: anti inflammatory

How to use:

Apply DR V Kids Magic Cream 2-3 times a day on hyperpigmented skin, after skin has fully healed from injury.

Warning: Only use on unbroken skin. If any sensitivity or irritation, please stop use. Not to be used in conjunction with other treatment creams.

We offer Same Day Delivery on a Distance-based Shipping Rate for various locations in Nairobi. Select your Nairobi location at checkout and the relevant shipping rate will be shown. If you select this option, depending on your location, you will receive the item within 1 hour to 4 hours but our standard delivery timeline is 24 hours.
Customers in Nairobi who do not want to pay for shipping may choose a Local Pick-up option either at our office at 90 James Gichuru Road (90 JGO Building, Second – IKIGAI Floor) or at our storage facility on 521 Riara Road.
For delivery to all other locations outside of Nairobi, we deliver within 48 hours and each location has a different rate based on location. At checkout, select your location and the shipping fee will be shown. Delivery is made by our shipping partner. They can deliver to your door but you must provide a street name, house number or name of apartment complex, and apartment number. If you don’t have this information, you can pick up the package at one of our pick up locations in the selected city or town. We will call you to inform you about the pick up location once we receive your order.
Please note that we are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and we can deliver any time within these hours. We do not make deliveries on Saturday, Sundays, and Public Holidays. On exceptional basis, we may deliver orders on Saturday. On an exceptional basis, if you make your order on Friday after 5pm and you are located in Nairobi, we MAY be able to deliver on Saturday, but this is not guaranteed as it depends on the availability of our shipping partner.

We offer payments through different channels.
The first option is Pay Now {Mobile Money, Debit/Credit Card, and More}, which allows you to pay for your purchase through mPESA or Airtel Money and by using either your debit or credit card ((VISA, Master Card, or Amex). You may get a discount for choosing this option. When there is a discount, it will be shown on the checkout page.
The second option is Cash on Delivery which is available to customers in Nairobi and allows you to pay using mobile money or cash (if necessary) when the order is delivered.

Pre-Order is available for items that VALUESPOT is in the process of restocking. Some of these products are in high demand from our customers and they go out of stock quickly, so we encourage you to pre-order. You always get a discount for pre-orders!
For items available on Pre-Order, you can pay the full amount at the time of purchase or partial amount and the remaining amount later when the item is ready for delivery.
You cart can include items that are on pre-order and those that are not on pre-order. After the purchase, we will immediately deliver the items that are not on pre-order and pre-ordered items will be delivered later.

Redeeming Points and Rewards:

Once you have earned points and rewards, you can redeem / apply them as discounts for your purchases.
Every time you are on the cart or checkout page, you will see notification to check your’Rewards‘ page to see whether you have points and rewards to redeem. Always check before checking out because it is not always possible to know the benefits you have already collected .
Once you open the Reward page and you have collected points which you think you would like to redeem, click ‘Redeem Now’ and enter the number points you would like to redeem. You do not have to redeem all your points at once; you can redeem only a portion of your points balance.
