How to Earn Points and Rewards:

1. There are several ways to earn points which you can use in your future purchases as discount. Every point you is equal to Ksh 1 of discount. Every time you make a purchase you will be earning 1 Point for every Ksh 100 you spend.
2. You can also earn points and rewards by reviewing a product you purchased previously, referring our shop to a friend who ends up making a purchase, sharing our shop on social media, by following us on social media, and through many other opportunities.
3. If you create an account and login before going to checkout, you will get 10% discount on your first order. This offer will be added to your card automatically – you dont have to do anything!
4. Go to the ‘Rewards‘ page to see more details on how to earn points and rewards.

Redeeming Points and Rewards:

1. Once you have earned points and rewards, you can redeem / apply them as discounts for your purchases.
2. Every time you are on the cart or checkout page, you will see notification to check your’Rewards‘ page to see whether you have points and rewards to redeem. Always check before checking out because it is not always possible to know the benefits you have already collected .
3. Once you open the Reward page and you have collected points which you think you would like to redeem, click ‘Redeem Now’ and enter the number points you would like to redeem. You do not have to redeem all your points at once; you can redeem only a portion of your points balance.
4. If your rewards are in the form of coupons, after clicking ‘Redeem Now’, the discount will be automatically added to your cart.
