How to use

The gift card will contain a link to redeem the gift. Your loved one can click on the link and will be taken to the our online shop, choose her or his favorite product(s) and add them to the shopping basket. By clicking the link to redeem the gift card, the gift card will be automatically applied at checkout. Otherwise, the unique code on the gift card can be directly applied at checkout. If the order value is higher than the gift card balance, he/she can pay the remaining amount using another payment method. If the gift card balance is higher than the order value, the remaining amount will remain on the gift card for use on a future order.

Payment method

For the gift cards to ben delivered to your or your loved one’s email, make payment in advance by selecting the first payment option – i.e., Pay Online Via ipay {M-pesa, Mastercard, Visa and more}. 

When will the digital gift card be delivered?

The digital gift card will be sent to your loved one by email no later than 30 minutes after payment has been received by us. Make sure to enter the correct e-mail address. You can also enter multiple e-mail addresses, e.g., you can add your own e-mail address to get a copy of the gift card. Make sure to separate the e-mail addresses with a comma.

How long is the digital gift card valid from?

The digital gift card is activated upon receipt and can be used immediately. No expiry date – the card be used until the gift card balance has been expended.
